Not to diss Boots n Kimo's which certainly has its share of yummy stuff, the leagues of people standing outside in the noonday sun (mad dogs and englishmen) really ought to consider:
Kalapawai Cafe
Crepes No Ka Oi
Mokes Bread and Breakfast
Cinnamon's
Big City Diner
Brents
Morning Brew

to name just a few....Boots n Kimos might think about putting one of those fan sprayer thing-ys outside the store so customers will feel better while they wait. And having a giant dispenser of some kind of SPF 30+ lotion --- or put up a decent awning --- oh yeah, that's right, the new building on the corner of Hahani and Hekili...where Boots n Kimos is coming soon... exactly whenever soon is.

You forgot to mention Zia's delicious breakfasts on the weekends. Their menu is unlike anything else I've seen and one of my favorites! When you're in the mood for something different you should try Zia's Breakfast on the weekend. AWwww...Now I'm hungry!
